A one time payment of 430,- € was determined for membership in our statutes.
The following considerations played a role in this decision:

The society needs a strong financial basis to achieve success. Therefore, it is necessary, that the first payment will contribute to a substantial increase of the budget. Since we do not know, how long the current situation will last, the introduction of yearly or monthly payments is not suitable. At this point, we also do not dispose over the appropriate method for an accurate calculation of the amount of the contribution.

Therefore, we have decided on the amount of payment based upon the following comparison:

A small investor, who owns a 8.5% Argentina bond in the amount 5.000,- €, will lose 425,- € as a result of the suspension of payment. Therefore, the first payment is bearable. The legal reform act for a registered association ensures, that the base payment will be used for the given purpose, and that the necessary work for the completion of a project will be economic and efficient. The payment will be added to the assets of the association, and does not represent a fee, which would be lost. It is therefore likely, that a part of the contributions will be eventually returned. Also, the incidental interest would be included in the returned amount.
